Returns Policy

Returning Unsuitable Items:

We're confident that you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However if you have feel the product(s) you’ve selected is not appropriate for your child we’re more than happy to refund or exchange your purchase for something else.

We would ask that you please ensure you send us the product(s) back within 30 days of the order, as new, in original package and unused. Please note Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless the product(s) are faulty.
Products received as gifts can also be refunded or exchanged under the same conditions.
To ensure you get your purchase refunded or exchanged please ensure you contact us by email nolines@grasshopperknees.co.nz or through our Contact Us page to explain why you would like a refund or exchange.

Returning faulty items:

If you have received a faulty product please contact us immediately by email nolines@grasshopperknees.co.nz or through our Contact Us page. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, faulty or are not fit for purpose.
