Returning Unsuitable Items:
We're confident that you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However if you have feel the product(s) you’ve selected is not appropriate for your child we’re more than happy to refund or exchange your purchase for something else.We would ask that you please ensure you send us the product(s) back within 30 days of the order, as new, in original package and unused. Please note Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless the product(s) are faulty.
Products received as gifts can also be refunded or exchanged under the same conditions.
