Delivery within New Zealand

• North Island
  We use Courier Post for most deliveries within the North Island of New Zealand and offer a standard non-signature service.  Occasionally we may have to send an item via standard NZ tracked Post if the item doesn't fit into our CourierPost Trackpak Bags.  You should expect to receive your order within 1 - 3 days.  If you are Rural Delivery we won't charge you extra, but delivery may take a few days more.
  Our delivery costs are:
  • Up to $90  = $6.99
  • Order total $90 - $150 = $9.99
     

Over $150 - we deliver FREE to anywhere in NZ!!!

• South Island
  Again we use Courier Post for most deliveries within the South Island of New Zealand and offer a standard non-signature service.  Occasionally we may have to send an item via standard NZ tracked Post if the item doesn't fit into our CourierPost Trackpak Bags.  You should expect to receive your order within 2 - 5 days.  If you are Rural Delivery we won't charge you extra, but delivery may take a few days more.
  Our delivery costs are more to the South Island as unfortunately we are charged substantially more by our Courier.  Our fees are still below cost though:
  • Up to $90  = $9.99
  • Order total $90 - $150 = $12.99

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 10am that day, and if you live in the Auckland region you can expect to receive it the next day. 
Please allow a few extra days for delivery during busy times.

 

• Activity Cards ONLY
  When purchasing Activity Cards ONLY we will send these out in a padded envelope via NZ Post at a reduced cost of $3.50.  These may take 2 - 5 days to arrive.

Overseas Delivery

We can offer delivery to Australia, the UK and the US.  Rates are included in our shopping cart and are all based on NZ Post rates for "international air" delivery to these countries.  Delivery time frames are different depending on which country you're in but range from 3 - 10 working days, please refer to their website for more details.

It is difficult for us to estimate the delivery rates for overseas so if you think that the rate seems incorrect for what you are ordering please email us and we can process the order manually based on a more accurate shipping rate when we know size/weight of what you would like to purchase.  Please contact us on admin@grasshopperknees.co.nz
